Job Description
A Lead Specialist (Inside Sales) is responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and engagement strategies. The role focuses on identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and creating opportunities that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead information.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads.
- Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Research market segments to identify potential prospects.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups.
- Prepare and share lead reports and performance updates.
- Assist in developing strategies for improving lead quality and conversion rates.
